0 star rating 9/22/2019 Janet was fantastic! Plain and simple. She went above and beyond in finding me a home that checked every box on my wish list. San Diego being an extremely competitive market Janet showed me well over 45 homes and sat through 4 Escrows and 3 inspections just so I could find a house that fit what I needed. As well as not too much of a project for me to handle‼ For the house I eventually closed on (took six months and in those six months probably 8 Saturdays) Janet made the key recommendation to go in hard and she could help negotiate the price down later. We did that and got 16k back in total. 7k price reduction and 9k in a credit. Love how this turned out and have no one to thank but Janet Janet will be my realtor going forward

I'm an immigrant and I wasn't familiar with the real estate in the US, but she was very helpful and patient to explain to me until I got fully understood for the entire process. She is very committed and keep the schedule on time(this is very normal for me as Japanese but in many of the cases in the US, I was so disappointed by many people here in the US who didn't commit the schedule or even meeting time). Her work is very quick too, all the paper works were done smoothly without having any stress to wait for. She also negotiated many things proactively to receive a credit for repairment etc., as a result I could save a lot of money. Her strategy and advice for offering the property were clear, so that my offer was successfully accepted even though it was my 1st offer. I can trust her work and I will definitely recommend her as an agent if my friends need to purchase the house/condo.

We made the right choice with choosing Janet in the end. She helped us with everything, Everything! She seems to be at multiple places at the same time. She knows her stuff and is on her clients’ side, completely. She knows her stuff!

We were renting a home in San Diego and began looking to purchasing a home in the Spring of 2008. We were not in a rush given the real estate market and we wanted to find the right home for our family. After looking at several homes initially, Janet was able to understand our minimal and maximum requirements from both the home specifications point of view, but also the financial aspects of purchasing a home. Over the course of a five month period we narrowed our list of homes and began the bidding process. We, initially, placed two bids on Short Sales homes. The Short Sale process is quite painful from a buyer perspective and, we are sure, from a Realtor perspective. Throughout this process, Janet kept us well informed as to the status and utilized several "in-house" Prudential Services to assist in managing the Short Sale. Ultimately, we did not buy either of the Short Sale properties due to various trials and tribulations. In mid-October of 2008, we found a wonderful home that was for sale directly from the home owner's. Given that, by this time, Janet had all of our requirements and financial contacts/information, we were able to quickly come to terms and close the sale. While frustrating at times during this five-month period, Janet never waivered from representing our interests in a positive manner. She is very thorough and is treating us with utmost care. Looking at houses were fun at first until we realized all the other buyers and investors were buying homes in our price range. Buying in this market became extremely competitive. We were referred to another Realtor before Janet, but we decided to work with Janet because her desire and passion to educate her clients was obvious from the beginning. 0 star rating1/7/2020 There are no words to fully describe just how wonderful JANET is as our realtor. She made every bit of this house hunting process as painless as possible. She listened very carefully to what type of home we were looking for that meets our needs as a family of four. She made herself available at all times, day and night which meant a lot to us especially when we had questions or concerns regarding what to expect during this process. She was also very diligent in providing extensive background checks on all the properties we were interested in, such as schools in the area, hoa fees, etc. Most of all, she was very patient with us. Not once did we feel pressured into buying something we liked but couldn't afford. She is definitely everything you would want in your realtor. Finding our new home is bittersweet. I was impressed with her marketing plan and knew I made the right decision. My home was on the market for over 2 years before Janet got the listing. She worked very hard to market my home in the rural area of North/Eastern San Diego County. We got creative with a cash buyer and closed escrow in 12 days. I have moved from California and will probably not be back, but if I do return to the San Diego area she will be one of the first people I call.

You were always available to answer all our questions, locate listings which had just come on the market, and went with us to open houses to really give us your honest opinion. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The first day we met her, she showed us several homes and came very prepared with information about each home as well as school information because she knew we were interested in the ratings. She let us take our time at each house we viewed and offered helpful information along the way about every house. When we found our perfect home and wanted to put in an offer she acted immediately and did everything possible to make sure our offer was accepted and she negotiated extremely well! Through the entire escrow period she was in constant contact with us. She made sure all of our questions were answered and she made everything go extremely smoothly.
