I am sharing this report from National Association of Realtors chief economist, Lawrence Yun just published in Realtor magazine.

I'm hearing lots of rumors about prices going down, short sales and foreclosures and lots of predictions that are unsupported.  I call them real estate Urban Myths, because their is no data supporting this opinions.  But the myths spread quickly and it's super sad because it effects the decisions that a lot of people make.

I am committed to sharing real information, real data and facts that will help people!

Key take aways are -

1. economy improving
2. mortgage rates could dip as low as 4%
3. housing shortage not as acute as previously thought
4. job openings still exceed the number of unemployed by 7-to-1 ratio
